Terms and Conditions
Check-Out: All check-outs are required to take place by 11:00am. A Sunnyside Retreats housekeeper will be at the unit NO LATER THAN 11am to clean the unit. Guests MUST EXIT the unit NO LATER THAN 11am UNLESS A LATE CHECK OUT IS APPROVED IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-OUT DATE in which case an additional fee may be accessed.
Unit Key Cards: Each unit is provided with key cards when checking in at the front desk. If your key card is lost or deactivated just go to the front desk and the attendant will reissue new key cards to the unit. Keep cards AWAY from cell phones as this tends to deactivate keys from entering the units. These key cards are disposable so there is no need to leave them in the unit or return them to the front desk.
Smoking: This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the unit. In the event that smoking inside the unit occurs a $250.00 fee will be charged to the credit card provided by the renter.
Garbage/Trash: Please remember to take out trash the day of or evening before your departure. Trash chute located in door marked for garbage on your unit floor’s hallway.
Sound/Noise: City of Miami ordinance does not permit load noise after 11pm. Please be sensitive to other guests in the building by not playing loud music or making loud noise after 11pm.
Credit Card on File/Damage Insurance: All guests staying at this property will be given the choice of providing a credit card or purchasing damage protection insurance as a form of damage protection during their stay. In the event that the guest chooses to provide a credit card there will be a $250 hold put on that credit card the day of your arrival with that hold being released within 48 hours of your departure date. In the event that the guest chooses to purchase the damage protection insurance then they will purchase that insurance, directly from Sunnyside Retreats, at a cost of $5 per day. No guest will be allowed to enter a reserved unit until either option has been chosen and processed.
Guests/Parties: The maximum number of guests allowed to sleep overnight in this unit is specified with each rental. More than the allowable number of overnight guests must be approved in advance and an additional fee will be accessed. If Sunnyside Retreats is not informed of additional guests staying in the unit then the credit card on file will be accessed the additional fee automatically. NO PARTIES WITH OUTSIDE GUESTS IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT DURING YOUR STAY.
Unit Contents/Condition: The unit is delivered to the guest in good condition and fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchenware, cookware, etc. Guests are NOT TO REMOVE ITEMS from the unit EXCEPT FOR BEACH TOWELS and to respect the overall condition of the unit. In the event that the unit is damage or items are missing, the guest’s credit card on file will be charged to repair the damages or missing items.
Parking: 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments along with the hotel studios come with FREE PARKING. All hotel suites will have a parking fee, the parking fee is $28.00 per night, unlimited in and out. A PARKING PLACARD, enabling you to gain entry to the Resort garage, is left for you in the studios and/or apartment suites when you check-in. Please LEAVE THE PARKING PLACARD IN THE UNIT WHEN CHECKING OUT. This is NOT A SOUVENIR. If the Parking Placard is not left inside the unit then the credit card on-file will be CHARGED $50 IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE LOST PLACARD.
